• Process specification and cost documentation

Our service processes one style at a time for detailed accuracy and professional results.

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

4.2 Pro Plan ($199/month)

• AI Cost Calculator (Pro) - unlimited style analyses
• Advanced AI Photo Recognition
• Auto-generate professional PDF reports
• Unlimited different styles per month

5.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

5.2 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5.3 Failed Payments

Failed payments may result in service suspension. We will attempt to process payment for 3 days before suspension.

6.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund.

6.2 Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of first payment

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process and analyze your content to provide our services.

8.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated reports and analysis are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property. You may use them for business purposes but not for commercial redistribution.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance during off-peak hours with advance notice.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party actions or content

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results should be reviewed and validated by professionals.

12.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

12.2 Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
